Registration for Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation

Getting Started

• Registration for Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation is not available online.

• Registrations for 2026-27 are in person in July 2026 (see dates below).

Registration Dates:

Open Registration will be held in the OLA auditorium on the following dates. Appointments can be made during this time. People with appointments will be helped first.

• July 6 & 7, 2026, 4:00-8:00 pm

• July 11, 2026, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

• July 21 & 22, 2026, 4:00-8:00 pm

Registration Fees:

Youth (8-17)

Order of Christian Initiation (OCIC)

Two-year preparation, the fee is $125.00 per year.

First Holy Communion

Two-year preparation, the fee is $125.00 per year.

Confirmation (High School)

Two-year preparation, the fee is $325.00 per year.

Post Communion & EDGE (Middle School)

The fee is $80.00 per year.

Adult OCIA & Confirmation (18+)

• For the unbaptized, this is a two-year preparation. The fee is $250.00 total.

Baptized adults OCIA & Confirmation, typically a one-year program.

• The fee is $200.00.

Faith Formation Registration will close on August 14, 2026.

• Any registration after the closing date will incur a $30.00 late fee.

• Registration outside of the July 2026 dates will be subject to an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Copies of the following documents are required for each person before registration is complete.

• Adults who are married in the Church and seeking any of the sacraments will need to provide a copy of their marriage certificate.

• *Non-US citizens who do not have a birth certificate or anyone having trouble obtaining one may be given extra time and allowed to register. An appointment with the Faith Formation Director will need to be made to go forward.

• To register outside the above dates, you will need to make an appointment.
