Parish Concert by Los Ninos de Salamanca When: Jul. 7, 2012: 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM Adopted as a worthy cause in 2008, Los Niños de Salamanca (ages 8 to 27 years) captured the hearts of OLA through music. Tickets at $10 each are available on the patio after Sunday Masses or at the parish office. Included in the  concert will be a fundraising intermission with savory and sweet treats prepared by our Hispanic Community which is arranging their visit here. We already know that they work hard at home to polish their musical skills. This visit is also a “working” trip through California to raise money for a new facility to house handicapped children, many with Down syndrome. Their champion is Celia Gonzales who travelled to their home in Mexico in January with family and friends. She noted the new flooring in the dining room and new washer and dryer in the dormitory for young children, paid for by OLA donations. Celia is also accepting sponsorships of individual children from parishioners.
